Transition Graduation Ceremony

On Friday 22nd November 2019 will be our Transition Graduation Ceremony. A special assembly will be held at 2:15pm and will take the place of the normal Friday assembly. Everyone is invited to come along and enjoy a little performance by the Transition / K-1-2 children. We certainly hope to see them all again next year as students of Sacred Heart School.
